Description

This tour is designed to deliver the ultimate off-road adventure tour through the remote Kimberley outback, allowing you to experience the very best of nature, wildlife and adventure, as you travel along the Gibb River Road.

It’s all about seeing the Kimberley the way it should be seen. We bush camp throughout the tour, prepare all our own meals and sleep under the stars in a swag.  Our vibe is relaxed and friendly; we want you to feel like you’re traveling with a group of mates, and having the time of your life in one of the most beautiful parts of Australia.

The tour begins in Broome when your guide picks you up around 6am and you start heading towards the Gibb, but not before stopping to observe Derby’s famous Boab Prison Tree.

Over the next few days you’ll observe rock art and wildlife as well as enjoy plenty of swimming as you hike into Tunnel Creek, Windjana Gorge, Bell Gorge,

Adcock Gorge, Galvans Gorge and Manning Gorge.  You will then cross the Pentacost River and make your way to the famous El Questro station.  This region lends itself to trekking and cooling-off in the most picturesque swimming holes.

After El Questro it’s time to venture into the Bungle Bungles where you will visit many sites highlighting the amazing rock formations that exist in the National Park.  You will spend a night sleeping under the stars surrounded by the Bungles before making your way towards Kununurra and Lake Argyle.

As you reach the end of your tour you’ll learn about the aboriginal history at Gingers Hill in Keep River National Park, as well as visit Jubarra (Gregory) National Park and the Victoria River region for more opportunities to observe rock art sites.

The final day will see you enter Katherine Gorge and take a refreshing swim at Edith Falls before arriving in the Northern Territory’s capital city of Darwin.
